A: Yes, you may enter the drawings as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of a non-winning Texas Lottery $20 HIT $1,000,000 (Game #2576), $10 HIT $500,000 (Game #2566), $5 HIT $200,000 (Game #2565), or $1 HIT $5,000 (Game #2564) scratch ticket that has not yet been submitted.

A: Your $100 Plus Entry check is valid for ninety (90) days. Winners with expired checks must reach out to support@txdayofluck.com or 404-790-6394 to request a replacement check. As recipient and holder of a $100 check prize, the winner assumes all responsibility for any and all fees and penalties incurred related to multiple cashing attempts by the Winner or someone at their direction.

A: A: If you are the winner of a Sedona Day of Luck Trip Prize, the Texas Lottery will send you a letter and claim form to the address you provided in your Luck Zone account. Atlas Experiences will contact the winner within ten (10) business days after the claim is approved by the Texas Lottery.

Pollard Banknote will contact the winner within ten (10) business days after the claim is approved by the Texas Lottery.

A: You have the option not to claim the trip prize you have won. In that case the prize will be awarded to an alternate entry. Once you submit a Promotional 2nd Chance Claim Form and it is approved, the prize is considered to be claimed, and may not be changed of refused after that point, and tax responsibility will be borne by the prize winner.

A: Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed at any Texas Lottery retailer. Cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed at any Texas Lottery claim center around the state of Texas. To claim prizes by mail, please complete back of ticket, sign and mail your winning ticket and completed claim form to: Texas Lottery, PO Box 16600, Austin, TX 78761-6600. The risk of sending a ticket by mail remains with the player. The Texas Lottery Commission is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Claim forms are available here.

A: The Texas Lottery will report a winner of a lottery prize to the IRS once the prize has been claimed, as required under federal law. For U.S. citizens, the federal government requires lottery winnings be reported to the IRS for tax purposes if an individual wins $600 or more and if the winnings are at least 300 times the amount of the per board wager, or the winnings are subject to federal income tax withholding (winnings greater than $5,000).
The tax withholding rate is 24% for winnings, less the wager, that are greater than $5,000. Prize withholdings are calculated on the total amount of gross proceeds (the amount of winnings minus the amount wagered).
